Okay everyone, here's a solution. Figure out what behaviors you do (I'll do this myself too) that makes the state the most tax dollars, and stop the behavior.
Bankrupt the whole state because they are wasting our money and lining their pockets. We will have to starve them out in order to start fresh.
These people have created bureaucratic fiefdoms and monarchies and this must stop.
Testing at CMS for a state job is just a Red Herring. Workforce Development is a Red Herring. So figure out where most of your tax dollars are generated and divert them elsewhere. Lottery, Cigarettes, Alcohol, Whatever. Enough is enough.
