Does historic preservation include restoring a structure to its original detail? or is there a difference between preservation and restoration?
Hey, it might be alright to preserve something by encasing it in Vinyl, I don't know much about the integrity of vinyl.
With restoration I imagine one would need to restore every detail of an original structure's architecture. This must be the difference between preservation and restoration.
